Does updating your site software put you on edge?

Relax! We’ll apply updates to your WordPress and software as well as your site’s plugins shortly after they become available so you have the latest features and security patches.

Worried about your site's security?

We’ll perform regularly scheduled security scans of your site to make sure all is secure. Malware clean up is included if a problem is found.

VIP subscription plans include an unlimited number of help requests of up to 30 minutes each, M-F 9-5. Longer tasks or project quotes are available upon request.

Do you require annual commitments for your support programs?

No. Our support programs are month-to-month. Should you LOVE our service and wish to make an annual commitment, you can pay for the year in full and receive 1 month free.

Does your hosting programs include domain or email support?

No. You will need to have a separate provider for your domain and emails. However, we are happy to provide recommendations should you need any.

What happens if a security issue is found on my membership website?

We’ll notify you immediately and start to take the necessary actions required to clean up your site.

What types of 30-minute tasks can you help with?

We can update your content, configure new plugins, add new pages to your site, and more.

Our 30-minute support tasks are limited to requests that require coding and WordPress assistance. These tasks do not include any copywriting, graphic design, or marketing requests.

Do you actually host my WordPress website?

We do provide the option to host your website for anyone on our Premium and VIP Support programs. However, if you are happy with your web host and do not want to switch providers, you are not obligated to.

We provide hosting through our hosting partners, FlyWheel or WPEngine. They are a premium WordPress hosting solutions known for their excellent security, outstanding support, and lightning speed. We host our own WordPress sites through them and recommend their service to all WordPress clients. Long story short, we love them both.

Do you provide SSL certificates?

If you subscribe to our Premium or VIP Support programs and host your website through us, we can provide an SSL certificate to you at no additional cost. 

How quickly will you be able to respond to support requests?

We aim to have all support requests received during the weekdays (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST) completed within 24-48 hours. It usually happens much faster.

Should you submit a support request outside normally working hours, expect to hear from us first thing the next work day.

What if I have a task that requires more than 30 minutes to complete?

We will assess the scope of your request prior to completing it. If we feel it’s going to take longer than 30 minutes, we’ll provide you with a custom quote at that time.
